Routes

Long-hood · forest service road

Drives our group has run. Drives readers have sent in. Sorted by region and length.

What we publish.

Routes that reward the car. Routes that are quiet enough to hear the engine. Routes that have a reason to exist beyond the distance.

Every route includes a starting point, a finishing point, the recommended chassis, the time and distance, a note on the road surface, and three to five photographs of the actual drive. Where possible we include a downloadable GPX.

Recent routes.

The first curated routes land soon. Reader-submitted routes are reviewed monthly.

How to submit.

Email submissions@f6supply.co with subject line Routes.

Include:

  • Region. State, province, or country. Be specific enough that another reader could plan around it.
  • Start and end. Town or pin. Approximate is fine.
  • Length. Distance in miles, drive time at a reasonable pace, fuel range advice if it matters.
  • Road notes. Surface quality, tightness of corners, where it gets busy, what time of day works best.
  • Chassis recommendation. Which of the six is in its element here, and why.
  • Photographs. Three to five from the actual drive. Daylight, in the car or just outside it. We are looking for road, not parking lot.
  • GPX or map link. Optional but appreciated. Google Maps share link works.

We do not publish routes that pass through private property. We do not publish routes that ask drivers to break local speed limits. We will edit ride suggestions to remove either.
