Shipping policy

Shipping rates and timing.

United States. Standard flat-rate ground shipping is $8 on all domestic orders. Free domestic shipping on orders over $100.

International. Rates calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Most international destinations land between $18 and $40.

Production and handling.

Two to five business days to produce and pack the order. Standard ground shipping is then approximately three to seven days in transit within the United States. International transit is typically seven to fourteen days depending on destination.

Tracking is provided on every order. We email the tracking number once the package leaves us.

Order changes.

Need to change a shipping address or cancel an order? Email hello@f6supply.co as soon as you can. We can adjust orders that have not yet entered production. Once an order has shipped we are unable to redirect it.

F6 Supply Co. ships from Houston, Texas. All orders are made to order; please allow two to five business days for production before transit begins.

 

Standard shipping (3-5 business days): $5

Express shipping (1-2 business days): $15

 

We ship within the United States only at this time. International shipping will be offered at a later date.

 

A tracking number will be sent to the email address on your order once your package is in transit. If you do not receive tracking within seven business days of ordering, please reach out to hello@f6supply.co and we will look into it.

 

F6 Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, by the address on file, or by circumstances outside our control. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at cost.
